Things to See and Do

Carlsbad offers access to all the world-famous theme parks in San Diego and surrounding area. For the kids, you will have instant access to LEGOLAND, which combines 40 hands-on, interactive attractions, family rides, shows, and restaurants.

Balboa Park is loaded with activities and sights for the whole family. You can tour San Diego by boat, bus, or trolley, or stop by the Seaport Village for shopping and dining along the waterfront. Meander the streets, shops, and restaurants of the turn-of-the-20th-century Gaslamp Quarter to see roughly 17 blocks of restored historical buildings.
